45 Players in minors?

I am always checking out the available players list. Then I noticed Cinn. has 45 players in minors? Is that breaking any rule?

Seems quite excessive...I always thought the max was 20...

The owner has been absent for almost 6 months. Has the team been posted for sale? Guess I could look :lol:

OK,that explains why its 45. Could we set a max amount? Sure would help fill up available players.
