Houston and Cincinnati

I'm opening both teams up to trades. Neither has attracted an owner or a chaperone. I'll be trying to turn them into "long term investment" teams as opposed to a "win now" sort of setup. The last two "win now" teams that were purchased were these two, and neither owner had much luck...and subsequently bailed. Both teams will be looking to trade anyone OS27 or older for youth and picks. I wanna load both clubs up.

I welcome the activity with trades going on. The teams rebuilding like draft picks. The teams going for it all need talent to fill the gaps. We have a great league,keep it up everyone.
