Is this team coming available? Or does this owner only come on occasion. Sorry new to this league and I wanted to try to do a deal with him and I'm not sure if he is still here.

That team is up for sale. The recent roster moves were me cleaning up his roster, and making it compliant.

If you'd like to make his team an offer, please feel free to do so. However I'll only entertain offers that increase the attractiveness of the roster to potential owners.
