Not that you owe me an explanation, it's your team but I offered a much better deal. I mean no disrespect,I just don't understand.

No, people do need an explanation sometimes - it's what makes the league better. In this case there isn't one. Truth is I had down time at work and the trades just came about. I should have countered to you before I moved forward. It was a mistake. It may be my team and it is fully my decision but I feel in good leagues good owners don't make trades without touching base with owners who made legitimate offers. So, I simply say "my bad".
