Am i the only one that is wondering where the SP'ers in the draft have gone?

This is why I traded the young “superstar” closer for an SP. there have been a few decent 2nd round prospects...but very little top end SP talent. I’ve also noticed thatour continuing lack of catching prospects, and it seems we’ve entered a period of time where power hitters are hard to find.

Basically, we’re looking like the NL east in the early 80s

My other league is the same way. We are in year 6 of no elite starting pitching.

isn't it the same in the major leagues? .. starting pitching isn't as important to most teams .. let the starters go 4 or 5 innings then use the power arms in the bullpen .. teams won with 3 or 4 good starters in the past, most major league teams are finding it difficult to have 2 in their rotation .. except Houston, which are the best team by far .. why? .. starting pitching
