League lineup pages are short on teams

League lineup pages are short on teams

League lineups vs. RHP and LHP only show 7 teams instead of all 12 for each league. The pitching page looks OK though.

The missing lineups are teams that have nobody assigned at all in their batting order. This is unlikely to happen in a live league, but I will see what I can do with it

Chris, any chance we can assign a commish and get a 2TL Hall of Fame going? Plus, maybe the commish could take care of the inactive teams.
