Would Like to Move SP or 2

Not a crazy necessity, but I would like to move one or possibly both these SP to create some cap room for a couple offensive holes:

SP Ed Herman, A-
$8.20 mill ... won 20 games with St. Louis last year
Would like a first round pick or a #1 starting catcher at least $2 mill cheaper

and/or

SP Bobby Hunter, B+
$4.24 mill ... won 16 games for the second straight year with Montreal
Would like a top 25 pick or a starting SS at around that price or less
