I just noticed Bill Franks hit his 500th home run! Congratulations to this immortal wonder. 38OS SS with an outside shot at MVP hits his 500th home run in his 17th season. He's currently hitting .293/.341/.532 with 27 HR and 79 RBI AND 17 STOLEN BASES. GIVE THIS GUY A BREAK.

Congrats to Bill Franks, Bonescorpion, and the Washington franchise!

Quite a performance, and not the only aging player on the team by a far cry. But I'll bet what he really wants is a ring!
