If I understand it right:
511 is odd, so the alphabetically first teams win
New York Bombers > New York Immigrants
Colorado > Minnesoooda

So then (all times Eastern),
2 pm deadline is NY Bombers (AL) and 3 pm is NY Immies (NL)
5 pm Colorado and 6 pm Minnesoooda

As for playoff picks:

COL holds Toronto's first pick
CHA holds Toronto's second pick
STL holds both Cleveland picks
ANA holds Philly's first pick
CHA holds both Montreal picks

Promoted enough prospects to tap high school SS Melvin "Camp" Pendleton as the overall #1 pick in the 2160 draft cycle.

Willing to deal my second round (#13) pick, as well as my playoff picks for pick(s) in next year's draft.

ANA missed their window and is assigned Ross Barnes.

I am up and will steal Ross Barnes.

ANA then assigned Jim Camili.

BKL is up and takes Ken Wells via proxy.

I want to make sure that new owners understand: what happened there is not the same as "stealing" a player from outside the Top 32, such as I did with Sadaharu Nishi last season. The Nishi kind of stealing can happen only once in a draft. What frankum just did can be done any time the owner before you was passively assigned a player and you have the next pick.
