Waiver Oops

Post by ballmark »

Guys,

I had meant to waive Dick Frascatore and keep Brian Donaldson.

Wound up doing the exact opposite of that. Between all these picks, trades flying back and forth and umpteen deals going down in another league where I've started a massive rebuild plus prepping for a fantasy baseball draft after church tomorrow plus prepping to lead Palm Sunday service tomorrow morning ... well, it has been a day.

You don't have to or anything, but if whomever has put in that second claim on RP Donaldson rescind it  well, I'd owe you a virtual adult beverage. And here ya go.

Are Kroh, Black and Martinez also oopses? Or did owners intend to cut guys that high in the draft?

I have no explanation for that and I did take advantage of at least one, which I am willing to back off on upon request. I know BabyDoc posted about Martinez but I didn't hear anything about why Kroh or Black were waived.

Black Kroh, an omen? Maybe there's a reason Anaheim waived two kids.
