Here is a poor man’s sabermetrics analysis of each team’s current Minor League System. This is usually put out in the off-season. Since there is no longer a four day window between seasons, the goal will be to distribute between the end of the season and the last day in April for the incoming season. Each team’s score is a review of the Minor League System Overall. To qualify as a player (#), the mentoring grade is blank. To achieve the top Minor League award, a team must have a minimum of eight qualified players in their system.
