Post by Maze »

Well, want to apologize for being distant as of late. Producing an event out west here titled the 2B1 Energy Party and been very focused on that.

In addition to the OGs playing the violin this year for the front runners, it's been easier to keep me mind on business rather than the Avatar world.

It seems the league is excited on the new pace of games played. Even with the trading fisaco early during this season, the process has held firm outside of holding on to the extreme competitveness of this league. Errrrr ... how the OGs wish to be in the mix, but with the AL on blast, it's a 5-team race for the the post-season.

Chicago is back in the mix and has a solid squad to remain on top. Seattle's moves have not cost them the current position of 2nd place. As if horses bumping each could be the theme for the rest of the season. New York sits 5 games out of 1st and 3 games back of the wildcard. Washington and Oakland both are within 8 games back of 1st place. An injury here, a miss strategy there will determine the outcome of this race.

And then there is the other side ... the NL.

Oh golly-gee get the kettle corn out for all the excitement of who will make the playoffs. Cincy is 14 games out of 1st and 12 games back on the wildcard. From the ashes of "Relativity" comes the Pittsburgh Chosen Ones who carry a squad to become champs who sits in 1st place as of mid-Aug. Anything can happen but history speaking, Montreal has not missed the playoffs since the WBL Year 1999 ... more than 40 seasons!! I think they'll make it.

Well, back to the grind. Gonna try to have the event video taped. Enjoy the avatar violin while u playoff bound teams do the deal.
