Need one more piece to the puzzle

Having a tough time trying to find what I consider the last piece for my rebuilt team. If anyone has an ACE starting pitcher no older then say 30, I might stretch it to 31 , that they are willing to part with I can put together a handsome package for him with prospects and draft picks. cheers
