QB and age

I have never had a QB still as my starter at age 35 before. He took some serious declines last season. On the baseball side pitchers usually take a big hit one offseason around same age and then most only take minor if any for a couple of years before plummeting off the cliff.

Has anyone had a QB in this situation before? Should I expect mild or time to retire type declines. Footballs declines seem so much more arbitrary and diff than the baseball side.
