How is he THIS bad?

James Vick, an A overall rated RP, C/A+/B+ is just consistently terrible. http://simdynasty.com/player.jsp?player ... d=12904925
Even if he is on the lower end of A+ and B+, he should still be better than a 5-6 ERA, right? Am I crazy or does ABE hate this guy? Maybe he needs a change of scenery. On the serious side, do RP's perform differently in different roles? I've always thought the same guy tended to perform better as closer as opposed to setup man, is this true or do I just have confirmation bias?
