Playoff no-hitter

Post by gatkeri »

Congrats to MIL Nationals John Potts who hurled a rare playoff no-hitter in the clinching gm 6 of the NLCS at STL Hermit Crabs. MIL, who finished just 4 games over .500 advances to the OCL World Series. http://www.simdynasty.com/boxscore.jsp? ... eid=597943

Yes! Wasn’t sure the C+ endurance would get him through 9 innings but he persevered. His 1st no hitter. Not bad for a pitcher that has jumped between relieving and starting roles; doing whatever his team needs.

Another good example of why you just need to make the playoffs because anything can happen. Getting past great Philly and St Louis teams was a major accomplishment. Those were the two best teams in the NL this season.

Not bad for the two #4 playoff seeds in both the AL & NL!
