SS Appling & 1B Corcoran has been shipped to Minnesota. They were thrilled to join a contender/historic franchise and still remain close to the Canadian border as their family still resides in Canada. All other players has been removed from the trade block with the exception of one with an (A-) overall...

3B Pete "No" Payne "No Gain" (Mr. Consistency - Lifetime .282 Hitter)

He will remain on the trade block throughout the season, waiting for a new home with a contender. I am patient and will wait for the right offer. If the offer isn't fair, Payne, the bachelor, will continue to work on his French vocabulary as it's needed on his off days at the Montreal nightclubs.

As he ages, "Je joue en troisième base pour Montréal. Tu veux aller chez moi?" doesn't have the same effect as it once did. His hit rate has plummeted from .390 down to .240. He hopes to bring this number back up in the United States where English is the main language spoken.
