Back to Back!
Nationals pulled off a back to back Championship last two seasons and if my eyes don't fail me; looks like that the latest back to back Championships since San Diego won three in a row in seasons 2212-2214. We'll try to match that this season but not sure we have enough in the tank to do so. We'll see how start to season goes but may be putting some top talent OS30+ on trade block both position players and pitchers...

Congrats Cincinnati! Well fought series with some extra innings and close games!
Re: Back to Back!
Wow! Thanks for providing the great history. It'll take a lot of things falling in place to get to a third in a row (especially in this competitive league w great experienced owners) and being on the back end of our run doesn't help but you never know. Will try for sure.CaseyStengel wrote: ↑Tue Feb 14, 2023 1:49 amCongratulations Nationals... now here are some other records to try to beat:

The Americans (now Chesapeakes) won 5 WS in a row (1993-1997) That's amazing! Hard to believe this will be met or exceeded anytime soon...Impressive!
