Youngstuds reset some of their minor league plans

Post by bpearly69 »

The Youngstuds have remained busy on the trade front, this time, acquiring a couple of big bats, but at a cost.

"We traded Saul Winfield and Rob Curtis today, both of which have bright futures over to Minnesota, we'll receive Alexander Sandoval, and Charley Barnes, we also swapped 2nd rounders and picked up a first rounder in this years draft. This move should help give our offense some more needed pop, but our minor league staff took a hit today."

"Price of doing business."

"Ya gots to spend money to makes money."

"Easy come, easy go."

In other news, platitude investors saw their dividends soar on the stock market today....
