Brian Pearlman had this to say after a tough back and forth 6 game series with Philly.

"We're going to be contending with those guys for a lot of years, they are a very tough opponent, and now we have the ultimate goal of winning a Championship against a playoff tested Chicago team that has been on this stage multiple times."

Two more deserving owners there may not be this year.

Brian (LAN) jumped back into the GGL in Sim2012 after helming the NYN franchise for many, many years. After eight seasons of building, he has now made the playoffs for three straight years but this will be his first time in the World Series since his return. Congratulations and good luck!

Greg (CHA) did a fantastic job of turning that club around in just four seasons, though a quick perusal of the standings reveals they never actually stopped winning, just never quite won enough until this year. If the Cyclones win, they will tie the Oakland franchise for all time GGL championships. Good luck and bring it home to the AL, CHA! (We're still 10 victories behind the Senior Circuit.)
