2023 Playoff Races

Post by lgriffio »

Its rare we go into the final day of regular season action with playoff spots still undetermined in both leagues. Over in the NL, Arizona and St. Louis are tied for second. St. Louis plays the easier opponent in Chicago over the final series, while Arizona must face first place Montreal. In the AL, the race is not quite as close, despite the Tortfeasors' recent hot streak, with the Icemen needing just need two wins and/or Tortfeasor losses to secure the AL spot.

Thank you Lyle for the congratulations. Getting my first championship in a dynasty league is extremely gratifying. I plan on savoring this one for a long time and acknowlege that the task of repeating will be a daunting one. I am also very proud of my team's 61 game improvement in the standings and wins over the Icemen and Redbirds in the playoffs. -BB-
