Admin hasn't posted one, but I do know that off season runs tonight at about midnight.

Estimating based on the March cycle...
Fri May 11 offseason (just after midnight)
expansion owners put into place
Sat May 12 abt 8AM amateur draft
Mon May 14 New season begins
