Cleaning up rosters

I have cleaned up rosters for ATL, DET, and Chicago (NL). Buzzz has announced his departure and I have listed his team; the owners of DET and Chicago (NL) are missing. Detroit's subscription is still active, and he is the NGL's last remaining original owner, so I have delayed listing his team as for sale.
