Hall of Fame restart

It's past time to restart the Hall of Fame. We have roughly a century of catching up to do!

I have given up hope that we will regain access to the old Forum, so with your permission I am going to recreate a simpler system so that we can catch up with some of the obvious guys who belong in the Hall.

If you have any suggestions about how to do this, now's the time to speak up!

To make it easier for everyone perhaps going by positions, or pitching, infield and outfield ballots. I think it would help everyone if we didn't have so many players to review at once...
