Hmmm. So when you change a position player to a pitcher you get +5/+5 Range/Arm as well as +3/+3 Velocity/Control, then when you change him back to a position player, you get another +5/+5 Range/Arm as well as +3 to all 5 hitting categories? That's +35 improvements and that's not even counting the +6 pitching improves. Interesting....
