Looking for a couple of pitchers

So, it seems that my boys are tired of losing and it's altering my plans by a couple of years. Unfortunately, I don't quite have the pitching staff to be much more than a .500 threat in the long run... and who really wants to linger around .500? Just as unfortunate, my top pitching prospects are still a couple of years away from being MLB ready. So, that puts me in a bit of a predicament.

I would like to acquire a couple of strong pitchers, one starter and one reliever. I'll consider any reasonable offer, but I would have to be pretty blown away to give up Dowd or Cradle. Cardenas is entirely off the table, unless someone has a 28 year-old or younger strong C to also offer up. Anyone else not in my starting lineup V righties would be available, as would picks for next year's draft. That includes Quisenberry, though admittedly, he would be expensive.
