Let Steelsmith be Your GM

Guys, if any of you need a Gm to help run your team Steelsmith is your guy. I am 6 wins and 17 losses since my last trade that I "KNEW" would make the Generals a stronger team. The Generals have been treated with utter disdain throughout the league since the trade; nobody gets anybody out, and if the Generals score 5 the other team scores 10. Perhaps we should be sent down to the Minors as team? Can that Be done? Can I fire General Manager?
