Dreaming of a 32 team SD league. Is it possible? If so, is it also feasible?

I like the idea, but I am more interested in another 36 gpd league or more

The 36GPD league is fun and fast paced. We never have problems filling it. I'm guessing part of that is due to it being the only one.
