I've had a pressing issue with my NGL team and it needs Admin's help but haven't heard a response in five days. Has anyone seen admin?

Send the ticket and flag it urgent when you do, usually they get around to it within 24-36 hours

48-96 hours, within a week for sure.

I just looked at all recent Admin posts and with the exception of some edit league posts by Jet (under admin), and a bunch of automated ones on trade disputes, he hasn't posted at all since late September.
