Trying to hang on.....

Well, we are 2 games under .500 but we are still only 4 games back of the playoffs so we are pulling out all stops to try and improve where we can. Strange thing, with basically the same squad, we were one of the best power hitting squads in the league but now we are last in home runs. Thankfully, our pitching has been better than expected, but if we are to stay in contention to get back into the playoffs we will need our bats to awake and do so YESTERDAY! LOL. Lot of good teams still battling as no one is really out of contention yet. Philly and SF are both playing exceptional of late. Well, looks like an interesting and fun stretch run is in store. Well, gotta go try to figure out how to get an extra run or two out of my struggling offense. Best of luck fellas. Enjoy the Sunday, back to work tomorrow...blah!
