New to the league

Hi all,

Experienced owner here; excited to join the GPL. I am curious about custom league rules. There seems to be a draft penalty? What threshold is that set at?

Any other substantial league rules?

Welcome aboard.

If a team does not win at least 55 games they are assesed a penalty of dropping 5 slots in that Am Draft (ie. win 53 games and had the worst record in the GPL) the team drops from picking 1st in the draft to 6th.

For a new owner their team is not assesed the Anti-Tanking 55 Win Rule for the first 2 seasons upon joining the GPL. So if you fail to win 55 in 2343 and 2344 you will keep you original draft placement.

Thing is Balt is under new ownership this season, so both Bal and CHA are in the same boat of NOT being access Anti-Tanking penalty for the next 2 Drafts.

Sometimes, there are 2 or more teams that don't win 55 thus 2 or more teams drop 5 respective spots.

Other than this Anti-Tanking 55 game penalty there are no other 'specific to league' rule changes.
