Is the variable development distribution % here the same as it shows in the game guide? 38% normal curve etc.

I'm not sure. I wish the league rules were stickied on the forums the way they used to be in the old forum. Now I can't find league-specific rules like this one very easily...

Yeah I remember a thread that said something about posting once a season and I believe some other rules I cant find now. Also one asking for the rules to be stickied but the moderator's couldn't at the time. Must be buried in a thread I couldn't find.

Regular: 38%

Young Major Leaguer, Late Bloomer, Bust: 10% each

Ageless Wonder, Gem, Bust in Minors Gem in Majors, Gem in Minors Bust in Majors: 5% each

Eureka, Enigma: 6% each
