I truly believe that the system is flawed,(always have) some of my guys are having decent years, but not that great!!! Hell, one guy doesn't even start against righties!!! Now my pitchers are deserving of all their accolades.

The ABE rating for MVP is deeply flawed.

All stars, moderately flawed. Pitching more closely mirrors reality.

Jamesian formula for MVP has picked the MLB MVP on a consistent basis. So we aren't changing it. I don't like the All star and Cy Young either. I think it would be easier if we had a voice but folks don't vote for HOF so maybe not.

I think that it's slightly funny that some seasons a guy is in the MVP or CY Young voting, but not even an all-star. I think it gives too much credit for the wins a team has, I understand that a winning team is winning because of how it's players season are going, but Ernie Banks won two MVP's while playing on a last place team.
