Outstanding issues

I've been fighting other technical issues all evening so I haven't been able to go through all the tickets and posts yet to figure out everyone's issues and solutions, and now it's 4:30am and I need sleep. I am going to turn games back on so the partially complete game can finish.

Looks like a few name changes missed the filter. Check out the waiver wire. ("C-O-B-B" seems to be the name of the day...). Not sure if they happened before or after the "proclamation". Those names should be reverted as well.
