I might be interested in purchasing the Phoenix team

I'm very new to this game. Just became an owner in the Jim Brown League about a week ago (and won the SB with a team that was already pretty good). The Phoenix team, OTOH, is fairly pathetic. So I was wondering how much trading is done in this league? It seems like I am going to have to make some moves to resurrect the team.
