New owner

Please welcome docstop.....new owner of Phoenix.

To the several of you who have asked, Phoenix was put up for sale at stan's request even though his team
was paid for well into next month......our other vacant team Las Vegas, had not been put up for sale until yesterday because
Rockpile was paid up through 2/1 and I've been unable to contact him regarding his wishes.

Subsequently, at the advice of admin, I've put the team up for sale after rockpile had not been heard
from in over a month.

Thanks to all who have inquired about rockpile, a charter member of the league - unfortunately he has not been
in communication with anyone, and I wish him the best.
