Pittsburgh QB Nolan Leo had 501 yards passing on 31/63 today in a loss to the San Diego Sun Devils. That’s a 49% completion percentage. He also had 3 TDs and 2 killer picks. I don’t know what to take away from that performance!

You should be taking away that you are throwing the ball WAY too much! Don't be afraid to run the ball a little bit. It's the best way to open up the passing game.

63 pass attempts? My God. Way too much. I averaged 37 attempts last season and I thought that was too much. Only 2 interceptions is a blessing although you had a competitive game with San Diego so that's something to be proud of

Yeah I do pass too much but it normally works because of my sneaky elite receivers. I do have a very good RB in Paul Staren that I need to utilize more. Food for thought.

Weird. Since we were playing a team with no pass defense today in Brooklyn I didn't touch my O strategy after all this discussion. In this game we ran 64 plays, 30 runs and 34 passes on the exact same strategy. We ran for 147 yards with 8 different ballcarriers, a QB, four HBs, a FB, and two WRs, in a very fun 37-0 rout of the Giants. Now I'm really confused.

AFE works in mysterious ways. We all see these counter-intuitive results from time to time. Setting green zone to 51 will bias your game to passing.
