When Drafting how important is to realize the Potential Grade and how does potential grow per season? Ty

The potential grade never changes. Admin has described potential as a multiplier for growth in all abilities. Players are on individual growth curves (which are never graded or revealed) and growth along those curves is affected by potential. So a player on a superstar growth curve with low potential will grow more slowly than one with high potential, but a player with a very limited growth curve will not grow much even with high potential.
