Young RP OTB

Minor league relief pitcher Rick "Mole" Hill has been OTB for a few weeks and I've been pedaling him to "rebuilding" teams with no success to date (yeah, my price may be too high).

He is one conversion away from C+ control and about 8-9 conversions away from A- overall so he has some upside at OS25. His minor league conversions have dwindled BUT he may still have major league conversion upside (at OS25). So a rebuilding team who can give him games / innings in "The Show" and not care about the results for a year or two might be rewarded with a decent major leaguer for 8 or 9 seasons after that.

I'd like "second round value" for him BUT will listen to all reasonable offers from teams interested. I'd hate to see him simply rot in my minors (the path he is currently on) and would love to move him to a team that would be willing to give him a shot.
