In my other leagues if you wanted to move the first pick you would have multiple offers
Not so much in this league..... Just wondering out loud....

I read them.
I don't mind trading.
With only 1 year of picks to work with, I'm still trying to figure out value.
The draft class is reasonable at best...
When is this draft anyway??

Re: Does anyone read these posts????
This is a weak draft. Couple that with my team is in the same situation as yours, building for the future. I assumed you would be looking for the same types of pieces that I need myself.
Re: Does anyone read these posts????
it was the draft this is one i was glad to be out of first round and actually at 17 i got a similar prospect to the 3 or 4 pick ....people generally only trade up fpr 1 for a pitcher and it wasn't there ....no import impact players either
Re: Does anyone read these posts????
I toyed with the idea of trading 2 for 1 pick, but the draft was so poor (as others mentioned) it didn't make any sense for this particular draft. I was hoping for a plug and play 28 year old, but no such luck.
Re: Does anyone read these posts????
I read them....and I seriously considered making an offer. But I really didn't have anything to offer. I'm an old team taking one last shot before rebuilding. I didn't have my 1st rounder (this year) to trade and I did not want to trade future #1's. I have few prospects of value. And what was available wasn't all that attractive. I'm a pretty active trader and in other circumstances I would have thrown you an offer or two.
