Future HOF Player (I Hope)

Colonel Klink made A- overall today. Probably will be called up in Sept. to see if he improves in the majors. (Suspect I will keep him down one more season after this one. Opinions?)

I would probably keep him down next year too, although at his grade level and age he will not convert well in either place, and the only thing keeping him from improving would be an injury. I might promote if I needed to free up CPs, if he could help me win, or if I wanted to jump start his promising career, but keeping him down would be the safest choice...
