Who needs A+/A+ power on the OF?

Cleveland is offering Rogelio Weston to the highest bidder. Take a look at the power he provides when playing full time (with "A" health)! Yes, he is B+ overall, but that does not seem to affect his production! There is not much on the trade block, so Rogelio certainly has value.
