Baltimore's rebuild is a BUST! All players OS 26 and over (except Joel Conley) are available. You know what I need!

Your best pieces are all under that age threshhold so it seems to me your rebuild is still ongoing not busted.

I think this is more indicative of a busted rebuild. An 18 year old pitcher with 14 CP but on pace to get less than 50 chances and 98 games ino the season only converting 2 chances.
