What's going on here?

This pitcher was developing nicely, then all of a sudden zero improves in either the majors or minors in a season and a half. Doesn't seem to match up with any of the variable development types as far as I can tell. Enigma?

Could be a "Young major leaguer" curve. If that's the case, he's not going to improve much more.

It's not a guarantee that he is. I've had plenty of pitchers with regular development curve get an 0-fer at an age like 23, 24, or 25. You should have some clarity after another season.

After that OS24 season, I'd have to agree. At his age and skill level, he should've converted more than just 2 ICs.
