Subscription expired

Hey my subscription expired because I switched debit cards but didn't change it in PayPal in time. I have $6 in term credits and a new card but paypal won't let me fully cancel the sub so I can use the credits or let me change the card. Paypal customer service says only the merchant can manually reactivate my subscription. Admin seems to answer tickets infrequently these days but a league-mate suggested I post here to see if that yields any help. I asked my league commissioner to put my team up for sale because I have a hunch that will allow me to resubscribe but I'm not sure. Is there any way other than tickets I can get in touch with the admin? It's opening day and I can't even see how my boys are doing and I have four pending trades. Any help is appreciated.

I had the same issue in the Barry Sanders Football league, My $5.50 subscription for my Brooklyn Bills team expired was due on August 11th 2024 because my Master Card ending in 0342 had been cancelled the month before and I had Covid at the same time and my Account was suspended on August 16th and I was locked out of the Barry Sanders Football league and 1 month later still locked out, at that time I had two active PayPal credit accounts that (PayPal credit and PayPal smart connect) that they could have used to pay my $5.50 on August 11th. That really pissed me off. I have called PayPal and have put tickets into sim Dynasty m, I had 5 active football teams and Have told 4 commiishes to sell my teams,and the 5th is the Barry Sanders Brooklyn Bills my Flagship team I am locked out so I cannot contact the Barry Sanders Commish to sell my Brooklyn team, I have been playing Sim Football for a long time but I am DONE. That does not sound promising. I told my commish to put my team up for sale. Hopefully that triggers something to let me resubscribe.

The lack of customer service suddenly with no announcement is not acceptable. This is the second season in a row that began with a giant issue that the admin never addressed despite multiple tickets from multiple people.

This would be a stupid reason to end 10 years of me playing here
