Offseason problem - skills not updating

Baltimore National Bohemians, Goose Goslin League. OS ran overnight. I've noticed two problems that make me question all of the skill ratings for my team.

Take a look at Dave Brady. OS35. In his two offseasons, he has declined 9 points in power v righties. Yet, he is still listed as A+ power v righties. Even if he had maxed-out 100 power at his best, losing 9 points from 100 puts him at 91 - high A at best.

Take a look at Jack Lumpe. OS34. He's lost 17 points (!) in velocity. Again, he's listed as A+ velocity. Again, not possible - the highest his velocity could be is 83, which would make him a high A-.

Strangely, both players went from A- overall to B+ overall, as did a few other declining vets, so something updated. But given the two examples above, I think some part of the OS which updates the players' ratings did not run.

According to other posts, it seems like the OS improvements ran twice(double values for improvements/declines). Check out some of the posts in "Latest News".

Had a guy go 9/8 in PvR and man that would have been useful.

Had another guy go 0/13 as a 26 year old so not as cool.
