Catcher Achievement: Unlocked

Made a catcher on my Joe Medwick Team.

Waiver wire pickup, converted from RF to 1B in 115 games, then converted 7 chances in 189 games to hit 35% as a catcher. Oh the next 15% should be easy, right? He's converting once every 26 games to catcher, right?

Wrong.

Went 1-for-162 in his OS22 year. Finally this season he converted the last two spots to reach the 50% threshold after another 82 games.

This league is weak with catchers, so I stubbornly stuck through it. He might be nothing more than a career backup, but he has "A" speed, an "A-" arm and "B+" power from both sides starting midway through this OS23 season, so maybe he won't be too hateful.

If you think that's fun Pat you should try converting a guy to catcher in a league where he has to be at least 75%!
It took this guy 5 1/2 seasons to finally break through!
