That's it.
No expanding on that.

I have no idea what's wrong with this team...

I'm not an expert... but I think your struggles come down to four main things
1) your pitching settings are a bit out of whack. Something is off here. That's from looking a just a half dozen box scores and such.
2) your fielding isn't as great as it could be in spots. Your B+ infielder has horrible D. You have an OF with a C+ arm. Just feels like you're losing a bit of the advantage in a few spots. Not a huge deal but it adds up.
3) you have a severe lack of power hitting. A-/A- hitters are nice and all, but I don't like to have too many of them. Give be a A- hitter with a B/A+ ratio over a A- hitter with A-/A- every day of the week.
4) your hitters are sloooooooow. I try to not have more than one player with less than A- speed on my playoff squads. Speed makes a huge difference if you have your settings done right.
Just some thoughts.

My primary confusion is about the pitching staff. These are the same settings I’ve been using for years, and they’ve lead to multiple WS titles in this league.
Yeah, the D is bad, but I don’t have much choice.
