Hall of Fame Class of 1977

Post by Lyrici17 » Sun Jul 14, 2019 12:27 am

My apologies, this is super long overdue. I have been so busy with work over the last few months, I can't see straight. Not that I think anyone is actually mad about it or anything, but many thanks for your extreme patience. Here we go!!

Thank you to the 8 owners that cast their vote. I will [dear god, hopefully] be making a post soon about the league moving to a committee format for the HOF (due to the lacking of voting interest). Anyone interested in being on the HOF committee will be eligible.

The ACL Hall of Fame Class of 1977 is:

Zeke Rawlins 100%
Jumbo Beers 100%
Larry Twitty 87.5%
Carmelo Byers 87.5%
Mike Allen/Mike Allen 75%
Lee Smith/Lee Smith 75%
Raymond Clarkson 75%
Mal Reynolds 75%
Otter Brown 75%
Tito Lucey 75%

Players receiving at least 20% of the vote that will be carried over are:
Brent Parks 62.5% (1 more year of eligibility)
JJ Frascatore 62.5%
Tommy Horton/Tommy Horton 50% (1 more year of eligibility)
Jack Gwynplaine 50%
Gasper LeClaire 50%
Mickey Knox 37.5%
Tom Flippo 37.5%
Brian Ward 37.5%
Patsy Tatis 37.5%
Josh Cohen 37.5%
George Allen 25% (1 more year of eligibility)
Mark Estrada 25%
Roy Goff 25%
Sonny Corinthos 25%
Dan Hoffer 25%
John Greystoke 25%
Nicholas Santoro 25%
Mike Rochford/Mike Rochford 25% (was a Re-Submission)
Johnny Smith 25% (1 more year of eligibility)

Players receiving 20%+ of the vote, but will not be carried over due to not making the HOF on 5 ballots are (will still be eligible for Re-Submission):
Jake Lyle/Jake Lyle 25 %

Perhaps a committee is best - as it's so difficult to get votes.

Hello, I mentioned that before, I would be more than happy to be part of the committee.

I would be for a committee. I love leagues that have HOFs but ya, hard to get more then half to vote much of the time...
